شکایات کے اندراج کے لیے بے نظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام کے دفتر میں اپنا اصل شناختی کارڈ اپنے ساتھ لے کر جائیں اور موبائل نمبر اپنے ساتھ لے کر جانا نہ بھولیں وہ موبائل فون لے کے جائیں جو اپ کے نام پہ رجسٹرڈ ہو اور بی ایس پی میں بھی رجسٹرڈ ہو اگر اپ شکایات فارم خود بھر سکتے ہیں تو خود بھر لیں نہیں تو دفتر کے کسی بھی عملے سے شکایت فارم بھروا لیں

To register complaints, take your original identity card with you to the Benazir Income Support Program office and don’t forget to bring your mobile number with you. If you can fill the complaint form by yourself then fill it yourself otherwise get the complaint form filled by any office staff.

شکایات درج کروانے کے لیے بے نظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام کے قریبی تحصیل افس تشریف لے جائیں

تحصیل افس میں اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر کو وظیفے میں کٹوتی کے متعلق تفصیل سے اگاہ کریں

Step : 3

پھر شکایات برائے خرد برد بی ایس پی امداد فارم طلب کریں اس کے اوپر تفصیل سے اپنی شکایات واضح کریں

Step : 4

فارم پہ اپنا شناختی کارڈ نمبر موبائل نمبر رقم وصول کی جگہ اور کٹوتی کی تفصیل درج کریں

Step : 5

اپ کی درج کردہ شکایات کی جانچ پڑتال کی جائے گی اس کے بعد اپ کو اگاہ کیا جائے گا

Step : 6

شکایات درست ہونے پہ متعلقہ بینک ایجنٹ کو رقم سے کٹوتی کی جانے پر اس کے خلاف قانونی کاروائی کی جائے گی 

Step : 7

کاروائی مکمل ہونے کے بعد اپ کی کاٹی ہوئی رقم اپ کے بینک اکاؤنٹ میں دوبارہ منتقل کر دی جائے گی
