Required Document
Attach the following document along with your application.
- Your CNIC copy.
- Your father or Guardian CNIC copy.
- Salary slip of the applicant’s father.
- If your father is labour or daily wages earned, attach an undertaking of income certificate on the minimum amount of stamp paper of Rs 50.
- Copy of last six months’ utility bills.
- Copy of the rent agreement for living in a rented house.
- Copy of medical bills.
- 01 passport-size picture of the applicant.
- 01 photo of the house from outside of the front.

Term and Conditions
